The type of personal information we collect 

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, address, contact number, email address, prerequisite qualification proof such as an image of your VRQ/SVQ/NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 certificate)

How do we get personal information and why do we have it?

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Purchasing of a beauty/holistic treatment, a training course or products
• Signing up to our mailing list to receive special offers
• To purchase a gift card

We use the information that you have given us to:

• Track the number of courses, products or treatments sold within 12 months
• Continual improvement of our services for students & clients within a demographic area
• Marketing purposes for example, when using statistics for the promotion of products (E.G, 92% of clients say "product X" is easily absorbed into the skin and it’s non-greasy)
• For compliance with our insurance companies' policies

We do not share your information with other third parties.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored electronically.  We take your privacy as seriously as our own.  We keep your name, address, contact number, proof of qualification prerequisite and email address for 12 months. After this time, your address, prerequisite qualification proof and contact number will be permanently deleted, but your name and email address will still be kept for another 5 years. We will then dispose of your information by using specialist software to permanently delete it.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
